Your order will normally Ship Within 7-10 days (up to 3 weeks for special orders and out of stock items). We use UPS for all of our Shipping unless you request another carrier. Your order will be shipped from Westcliffe, Colorado. Although we package our shipments very carefully, sometimes items do arrive damaged. All of our merchandise is professionally packed and insured. If you should ever receive merchandise that has been damaged in shipping, just let us know and we'll help you start a UPS claim and send a replacement as soon as possible.
